I JUST DON'T KNOW

I’ve had so many options

That other people chose

Didn’t really want them

But nobody really knows

Trying to find the answers

for the questions in my life

I know time is ticking

But I still don’t see the light

So I press on, stay strong

I don’t know what’s right

But so much is wrong 

and when it comes to the question

What life has for me

I don’t know, I just don’t know

Tried the long path

the short cut too

The complimentary

Even paid my dues

But my satisfaction

Isn’t satisfied

It’s no secret how i feel

and my eyes won’t let me lie

So I press on, stay strong

I don’t know what’s right

But so much is wrong 

and when it comes to the question

What life has for me

I don’t know, I just don’t know

So round and round I go

but i feel like I’m standing still

I’m trying to figure it out 

But with no winning cards in my hand, tell me what’s the deal?
